What we do

Bereavement house clearance

Sadly, there are often unfortunate circumstances surrounding property clearance. If a loved one or family member has passed away, it can be a difficult task undertaking a house clearance. Our experienced team will do their utmost to put you at ease by undertaking the process with great care.

Probate Clearances

We understand that the nature of our work means that we will sometimes be working with customers under a certain amount of pressure or during sensitive circumstances, which is why we always take extra care to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure

It’s very easy to cast an eye over a house that needs clearing and think that it all needs to be sent to landfill. That’s why we’re here to visit your property and decide what can be salvaged, which could be by selling it, giving it to a community group for an upcycling project, or donating it to a very worthy cause.

Your unwanted items make a difference

Over the last twelve months, we’ve donated over £20,000 of furniture and items to charitable organisations. Two of these are Sue Ryder, the neurological and bereavement support charity, and Dove House Hospice, which provides excellent care for people in Hull and East Yorkshire with life-limiting illnesses.

Good for people and the planet

Thanks to our unique zero to landfill waste regeneration scheme, which transitions what might normally be deemed as waste into items that can be sold, repurposed or donated to charity, only the absolute minimum is actually disposed of. When an item is unusable, we take it to a commercial recycling facility so that its materials are reused in the future.
